All products are digital downloads only. No physical items will be shipped.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You will not upload or include offensive, illegal, defamatory, or copyrighted content
  • You are responsible for proofreading your customized content before downloading

Once a file is downloaded, we are not responsible for errors in spelling, grammar, dates, or names entered by the user.

All designs, templates, graphics, logos, and content on this website are the exclusive property of VelvetCards and are protected under Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to use the purchased design.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be completed in full before downloading any digital product. We use secure third-party payment gateways and do not store your payment details.

By placing an order, you warrant that the payment information you provide is accurate and you are authorized to use the payment method.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a product has been downloaded, except in cases of Duplicate charges

If you face any issues with downloading your files, please contact us within 5 days of purchase, and we’ll assist you promptly.

7. User Accounts

If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide quality designs and a seamless shopping experience.

    However, To the maximum extent permitted by law, VelvetCards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

Our liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the digital product.
